Ultrasonic level gauges are widely used in environmental protection industries such as industry and water management. In measurement, ultrasonic pulses are emitted by sensors (transducers), and the sound waves are reflected by the liquid surface and received by the same sensor or ultrasonic receiver. They are converted into electrical signals through piezoelectric crystals or magnetostrictive devices, and the distance between the sensor and the measured liquid surface is calculated based on the time between the emission and reception of the sound waves. Due to the use of non-contact measurement, the measured medium is almost unrestricted and can be widely used for measuring the height of various liquid and solid materials.
The LS-200 ultrasonic level gauge from Pyxis Lab in the United States uses the ultrasonic time-of-flight method and Pyxis ultrasonic algorithm to measure liquid level height with high precision and stability. Built in wireless Bluetooth transmission can greatly simplify on-site wiring costs, making it very suitable for renovation projects. In addition, the specially developed uPyxis application can conveniently and quickly convert drug consumption.
